Procedure
The following guidelines will apply for any transfer within the University:
1.Consulting the Department Head of the new department in order to ensure that you meet the requirements for joining that department;
2.If condition 1 is met, obtaining an interdepartmental transfer form from the Registrar’s office and filling it;
3.Obtaining signature from the Department Head to which you want to transfer;
4.Obtaining signature from the Department Head to which you are transferring from;
5.Obtaining signature from the Faculty Dean to which you want to transfer;
6.Returning the form to the Registrar’s office;
7.The Registrar deals with the request and informs the student about the outcome.
